    A true American staple. Always above par with food and service. Some of the best biscuits you are likely to find, plates are moist and tender, sweet tea is perfect. The employees are kind and hospitable. The gift shop offers a great variety of goods. I doubt anyone reading this has never been, but maybe it has been a while; so go and enjoy a warm meal, good times, and a full belly.

    Waitress was excellent. Food was great. The menu is great. I also enjoy the store. It appreciate having a place that has such unique items for sell.

    The wife and I always love the food here. The price is always great, and the portions are large as well. The only reason why we didn't give this place 5 stars, is largely because of the slow service we experienced. Don't think that will stop us from coming as it was busy that day. We will be back again...

    My husband & I had dinner at this exit 11, store in Chattanooga. Our waitress was good & was also training a young man too. I ordered the small portion of chicken & dumplins which were not as creamy or fresh as usual although there was a lot of chicken breast in them. My side of mashed potatoes were hot, but the white gravy was totally tasteless. I never had the chance to explain why I didn't eat them. My husband's were the same but his 2 sides were good.

    Where do I start?? I placed an online to go order. 2 veggie plates and a dessert. The veggie plates were exactly the same. My husband picked up the order, when he got it home. It was missing one of the dinners. So I call,, the server that I spoke with was great! The rest of my order was ready to go when I got there. So when I get home and can FINALLY eat,, the dessert order was wrong!! Seriously?!?!?
